1. Income on New Area Manager Onboarding

Regional Managers earn 40% of the Area Manager annual platform fee for every new Area Manager they introduce and successfully onboard.

Area Manager Annual Platform Fee: $200
Regional Manager Earnings per AM: $80

2. Income on Area Manager Renewals

Regional Managers also earn 40% on annual renewals of Area Managers within their region.

Earnings per renewal: $80 per AM per year3. 5% Override on Area Manager Earnings

Regional Managers earn a 5% override on the income generated by Area Managers, including:

  • Advertising & promotion packages
  • Social media marketing services
  • Business visibility campaigns
  • Future regional services and ecosystem monetization

As Area Managers grow their business, the Regional Manager benefits from their performance.

Example 1: 10 Active Area Managers
  • Onboarding income: 10 × $80 = $800
  • Renewal income: 10 × $80 = $800 annually
  • Plus 5% override on total AM earnings
